About the Role Wrknest is looking for a Global Distribution Coordinator to join a leading biopharmaceutical company in Stockholm. This company is dedicated to improving the lives of people with rare diseases by developing innovative treatments. In this role, youll work in a dynamic, international environment where your efforts will be vital in ensuring timely delivery to customers and patients. This is a consultancy assignment for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Your Future ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in managing customer orders and coordinating deliveries. Your tasks will include: Order management: Receiving orders, batch reservations, pick-and-pack coordination, invoicing, and returns handling. Logistics coordination: Booking and monitoring shipments. Financial reporting: Month-end reporting, including stock and sales reconciliations. Master data management: Maintaining and updating pricing and data in the ERP system. Process improvement: Identifying and implementing ways to optimize efficiency and results. Were Looking for Someone Who Has apost-secondary education focusing onsupply chain, logistics, export administration and/ or economics. Has experience with administrative tasks. Is fluent in English, both written and spoken. Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Its a plus if you: Have knowledge in Swedish. To excel in this role, you are detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded. You thrive in a team setting and bring genuine enthsm and commitment to your work. Additional Information Start: Immediately. Location: Stockholm. Scope: Full-time. Employment type: Consultant assignment until January 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
