Software Product Owner for Aftermarket Information Portals

We are looking for a Software Product Owner for our aftermarket information portals ServAid and ServiceLink!

Your role As a Product Owner for ServAid and ServiceLink, you ensure the aftermarket information portals are stable, user-friendly and updated. You own the development and support backlog, manage a close cooperation with the system vendor, while making sure all other stakeholders needs are being met. You assist and guide the deployment of development packages and new application versions in our Azure infrastructure and ensure application performance and budget compliance. You also set requirements on the automated publication processes, assuring that content in master data sources is correctly displayed with minimal manual interference.

Job location: Sickla, Stockholm, Sweden/Hybrid

Your main tasks:

• Own and maintain product backlog
• Gather user requirements
• Assess and review cloud infrastructure
• Drive product governance together with stakeholders
• Manage relationship with system vendor
• Manage and improve automated publishing processes

You report to the manager of the Spare Parts Management team in the Service division.

You will need

• Academic degree in a relevant field such as IT or Computer Science
• Experience managing software products involving complex data integrations
• Experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications, preferably hosted on Azure
• Proficiency in data analysis to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with enterprise grade PLM and ERP systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
