Your role & responsibilities

• Provide input to the banks strategy from a B2C perspective
• Support/drive development of B2C strategy documents (e.g. pricing, channels, market and customer segments strategies)
• Perform Market and Competitive insights to be embedded in the B2C Function and market entry strategies
• Develop and monitor management initiatives, e.g. KPIs
• Lead and support in cross market- and business lines initiatives and projects
• Provide support to Commercial Office Lead and the Commercial B2C management team

What skills will you bring?

• Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks without losing track of goals
• Excellent communication and influencing skills as well as stakeholder management
• Highly analytical, curious, strategic and well-structured with a result-driven attitude
• Engaged and self-driven and enjoy working in a fast-changing environment
• Experience from strategic and tactical planning in the financial sector
• Experience from writing reports and fact-based decision material
• Proven ability to create clear, compelling data visualisations and present insights effectively using PowerPoint

What experience will you bring?

• Experience from financial sector and 2+ years experience from a junior management consulting position, preferable experience with development of strategy proposals/recommendations
• University degree in Finance/Engineering/Mathematics or similar
