Arbetsuppgifterna består utav allt från enkla spårningar av paket och bokningar, till komplicerade fakturafrågor och reklamationer. Kommunikationen med kund sker via telefon och mail.

Vi letar efter dig som är en god kommunikatör och strukturerad lagspelare. Du tycker om att ta ansvar och hittar lösningar, där andra ser problem. Du är engagerad, positiv och drivs utav att leverera god service.

För att lyckas i rollen måste du:

  • Prata flytande svenska eller norska
  • Behärska engelska i både tal och skrift
  • Ha god datorvana
  • Ha minst gymnasiekompetens
