Emagine are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to one of our nordic banking clients.

Start date: 2025-03-03

End date: 2025-12-31 Location: Sweden, Stockholm (3 days on site, 2 days remote)

NCS / Data Engine & Mapping Introduction

The Data Engine and Mapping team is responsible for replicating and migrating collateral data from the various collateral legacy solutions in Nordea to the Nordea Collateral Solution (NCS). This entails the data analysis and data mapping of the legacy data to the NCS data model, development and testing of replication/migration engines for the collateral data, data verification of replicated data, driving and orchestrating the business verification and close cooperation with our stakeholders before we secure the final migration of the data to the new solution.

Your key responsibilities:

  • working within a cross functional agile scrum team,
  • focusing on preparing data migration within ETL process,
  • continuously working on quality assurance within migrated data,
  • preparing functional and non-functional requirements,
  • analyzing and interpreting data from various sources as part of requirement analysis,
  • documenting analysis/data mapping rules and ensuring approval from relevant process/solution forums,
  • ensuring alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge between IT and business teams,
  • taking a leading or facilitating role when multiple roles are needed to solve a problem,
  • supporting data releases into new platform,

Your needed skills and qualifications:

  • Collateral processes and data understanding
  • the IT Analyst must be fluent in English & Swedish and understanding Collaterals jurisdiction and traditions in Sweden.
  • Experience in Data Mapping and/or Business Process Modelling
  • Experience in data migration from legacy systems or data integration
  • Knowledge of ETL process & data integration tools (DataStage, Informatica, etc.)
  • SQL / DB background
  • Familiarity with Relational Database Management System tools, preferably Oracle
  • Ability to write technical documentation and diagram workflows
  • Experience in understanding business requirements and translating into technical implementations
  • Communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Fluency in Swedish and understanding Collaterals jurisdiction and traditions in Sweden
