Description The Creative Lead NEU (Northern Europe) will drive the AV and trailer development for SkyShowtimes original shows and flagship titles, owning the full creative process from ideation to post-production. This role shapes the audiovisual identity of SkyShowtime content with the Nordic consumers culture, taste and aesthetic sensibilities in mind, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is an AV specialist with expertise in short-form storytelling, trailer trends, and technical AV production. Having a deep understanding of entertainment marketing and the various creative disciplines necessary to build a successful title or brand campaign is crucial. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage creative projects, and push creative boundaries across all platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AV campaigns (trailers, teasers, TV spots, sizzles) from brief to completion, defining strategy and creating platform- optimised assets while ensuring alignment with the overall campaigns creative direction for a cohesive 360º approach.
  • Guide in-house teams, freelancers, and agencies to deliver compelling AV creative.
  • Oversee editing, color grading, motion design, sound, and finishing to ensure top-quality output.
  • Approve ATL/BTL assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimisation for digital, social, OOH, and broadcast channels.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Partner with Marketing, Content, Digital, PR, and Social teams. Present concepts, manage feedback, and align creative outputs with campaign objectives.
  • Explore new trends, technologies, and techniques to keep content fresh and impactful.
  • Uphold SkyShowtimes brand voice, identity and design, ensuring consistency across all platforms and markets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Must have proven experience in AV roles (within Streaming, Entertainment Marketing, Advertising, or Broadcast).
  • Proven success in high-impact AV campaigns and trailer development (theatrical, linear, or streaming).
  • Expertise in short-form storytelling, editing, sound, and motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator) with hands-on skills.
  • Experience on-set, working with directors and talent to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple projects, present ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; and native in one of the Nordic languages, Swedish preferred.
