Job Overview

ERP Finance Project Lead – Lund (Axis Communications Headquarters)

Axis Communications is transitioning its ERP system from IFS to Microsoft Dynamics. This newly created role will lead Finance within the implementation project.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance perspective in the ERP implementation, ensuring all accounting requirements and business needs are captured and addressed.
• Focus on Swedish legal entities and take primary responsibility for the financial setup.
• Contribute to the international rollout by supporting foreign subsidiaries, sharing knowledge, and ensuring harmonization with the Swedish setup.
• Document and communicate progress, decisions, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with project teams and technical stakeholders to ensure Finance needs are clearly understood.
• Identify and drive improvements in existing accounting workflows and processes that can be addressed through the new system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience as a super‑user or project‑leading role within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of accounting based on Swedish GAAP (K3) and IFRS.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
