What you'll do

As Tax & Holding Manager you will work in a diverse and multinational environment, with colleagues and stakeholders based in different Platss across the globe. This will give you the valuable opportunity to experience the beauty of working internationally and will help you discover and develop your skills further within the full value chain of a global organization.

In your role you will focus on corporate income tax, holding-related responsibilities such as subsidiary capital and legal structures, as well as providing tax accounting support. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one—what matters is a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn. The right candidate will have excellent opportunities to grow on the job.

You will join a team of 6 professionals and report to Head of Group Tax and Holding.

Your work will cover areas like
  • Provide general tax support in all areas within the Group Tax Department
  • Optimize the Företag’s corporate income tax Tjänst across relevant jurisdictions
  • Monitor changes in global and local tax legislation and assess implications for the group
  • Collaborate extensively with other teams to ensure timely, accurate and comprehensive analysis and follow-up of tax matters
  • Support the quarterly and annual tax accounting process
  • Evaluate tax implications related to the group’s capital structure, financing arrangements, and interFöretag transactions
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of legal‑entity structures aligned with operational and tax-efficiency objectives
  • Support the holding organization in capital structure and financing initiatives
  • Lead and contribute to process-improvement initiatives related to Tax and Holding
  • Partner with functions such as Legal, Treasury, Finance, HR, and Controlling to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
Qualifications
  • Approximately 5-8 years of experience working with corporate income taxation in a multinational Företag and/or as a consultant
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or finance
  • Ability to manage projects while driving continuous improvements to processes, efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Interest in digitalization and process automation
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • You’re naturally curious, self-motivated and keen for new experience
