Who are we looking for?

We are building the future of AI workflows together with the leading law firms in the space. We are on the look-out for a senior python engineer who can lead the technical development of Newcode's world-class innovation project with DLA Piper (read more here). This is a unique opportunity to not only take ownership of products, but to see the real-time meaningful impact the products have on the users.  

Requirements

What you'll do:

Design, build, and optimize APIs and backend systems that deliver scalable, high-performance AI applications

Own technical implementation, validation, and delivery of key sprint/project goals

Work hands-on across our stack

Engage directly with super users and conduct training together with our product lead

Make crucial decisions on features in close collaboration the project team and users

Who you are:

• Curious engineer with a passion for AI and user experience
• Tech-savvy: experience with our stack (Python, FastAPI, Redis, Celery, SQL, NoSQL)
• Love fast-paced, collaborative startup teams and take pride in robust, reliable code
• Based in Stockholm (or able to relocate) and willing to work hybrid with occasional travel
• Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus
