The Role

We're looking for an experienced, people-focused Head of B2B Sales to lead our Arrive for Business team in Stockholm. This isn't just a management role, it's a chance to be the face of the Swedish market within a thriving international organisation.

Reporting into the Regional Director for the Nordics, you will collaborate with peers across Norge, Danmark, and Finland to drive regional success. In this role you will manage both a Team Leader and a part of the sales team ensuring high performance across all levels of the Swedish B2B function. You'll have unfiltered ownership of Swedish B2B revenue and strategy, providing a unique opportunity to make a profound, immediate, and visible impact on urban mobility.

How to make an impact:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, actively recruit, coach, and inspire the sales team while overseeing performance, development, and training.
  • Ownership & Growth: Take full ownership of B2B revenue in the Swedish market, including budget planning and goal setting to ensure consistent growth targets.
  • Strategic Execution: Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to maximize revenue and ambitiously expand our market footprint.
  • Global Voice: Represent the Swedish market within Arrive’s international business, collaborating with global leadership to influence product direction.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective use of CRM and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and excellence.
About you

You are a proven, expert leader with a passion for people development, technology and mobility. You thrive in a growth-focused, autonomous environment and possess a “growth mindset” that prioritizes collaboration and coaching. You are pragmatic and enjoy building foundations for success and are excited by the prospect of driving local impact using the resources of a world-class global team. Your ability to lead with empathy and focus ensures that every team member achieves their full potential.

Your background
  • You have proven B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding business goals, ideally in SaaS or Inside Sales.
  • Extensive experience in people-Första management, with a genuine ability to coach, inspire, and develop diverse sales teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making and sales strategy.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience working within international teams and a desire to thrive in a collaborative, global environment.

This role is based in our office in Stockholm.
