Do you want to help build the Nästa generation AI platform for how companies understand, analyze, and optimize conversations and communication?

Meetric is looking for a Head of Product to take strategic and commercial ownership of our product journey from vision and roadmap to user experience, adoption, and growth.

We are building an AI-driven Conversation Intelligence platform that consolidates and analyzes data from calls, meetings, chats, emails, and CRM systems to help companies make smarter decisions, automate workflows, and create alignment across teams.

Meetric is a fast-growing SaaS Företag within AI and Conversation Intelligence, headquartered in Stockholm. Our platform helps organizations transform conversations into actionable insights, automation, and measurable business value through AI-powered analytics, summaries, dashboards, and workflows.

We work across video meetings, phone calls, CRM data, email, and internal communication flows, all within one unified intelligence platform.

We are now looking for a Head of Product who can take ownership of our product strategy and help scale the platform, user experience, and business internationally.

The Role

As Head of Product at Meetric, you will play a key role in the Företag with significant influence over product, strategy, and growth.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization
• Work closely with leadership, engineering, customers, and commercial teams
• Ensure the product delivers clear business value and strong user adoption
• Drive product strategy based on data, customer insights, and market understanding
• Identify opportunities within AI, automation, and user behavior
• Build scalable processes for product discovery and prioritization
• Act as the bridge between technology, users, and business
• Think strategically while also being hands‑on when needed
• Have at least 6 to 7 years of experience within Product Management
• Have previously worked as a Product Owner or in a similar product‑focused role
• Have experience from SaaS companies where the product is actively used by end users
• Be highly analytical and data‑driven
• Have a strong commercial mindset and understand how product impacts growth, retention, and customer value
• Have experience prioritizing roadmaps, features, and business initiatives
• Be strategic but operational when required
• Understand the importance of UX, product adoption, and customer journeys
• Thrive in fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environments
• Experience within AI, automation, or Conversation Intelligence
• Experience scaling international SaaS products
• Experience from B2B SaaS with complex user flows
• Previous responsibility for product teams or cross‑functional leadership
• Have held a key leadership role in a fast‑growing AI Företag
