Haeger & Carlsson is recruiting a Sales Director for Observe Medical, a Nordic medtech Företag on a strong growth journey. Observe Medical develops and commercialises innovative medical technology and is building a scalable and profitable Nordic medtech platform. The Sales Director will drive global commercial growth, working closely with leadership, product development, and marketing, while managing and expanding the distributor network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Företag objectives and growth goals in partnership with the leadership team.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and new markets.
- Build, manage and expand the global distributor network and establish long‑term partnerships.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and industry experts.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet customer needs and market requirements.
- Co‑create and execute engaging marketing campaigns and content to drive engagement, lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Land‑level and/or global sales of medtech products.
- Academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of the medtech industry and key drivers of commercial success.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in competitive, international markets.
- Experience working closely with distributors and a strong belief in knowing products inside and out.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value to diverse stakeholders.
- Structured, proactive and self‑driven working style.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing scale‑up environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
Plats & Travel
Headquarters in Oslo with operations in Gothenburg, supported by distributors worldwide. Preferred resident in Sverige, Danmark or Norge; other Platss may be considered. Travel of approximately 50–60 days per year is expected.
