Senior Engineer / Design Engineer – develop safety solutions used in real life

Worxsafe is growing, and we are now looking for a Senior Engineer / Design Engineer who wants to help drive our development forward.

Worxsafe develops and manufactures temporary protection systems for the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Our products create safe and clearly defined work zones, for example at roadworks and construction sites.

About the role
As a Senior Engineer / Design Engineer with us, you play a key role in the development of both new and existing products. You work across the entire process, from idea and design to finished solutions in operation.

You are also expected to contribute your experience in technical decisions and support the development of working methods and solutions.

You will:

• work with mechanical design and product development
• produce technical documentation such as drawings and manuals
• further develop and maintain existing solutions
• participate in customer projects and develop customized designs

Here, you combine technical expertise with practical understanding – working with products used in real, demanding environments.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is technically driven and wants to continue developing in their professional role. You thrive in an environment where collaboration, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

You are curious, proactive, self-driven, and humble, and you value strong teamwork.

We believe you have:

• a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• several years of experience in a similar role
• strong CAD skills, preferably in SolidWorks or a similar program
• good command of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• knowledge of strength calculations
• experience with certifications and licensing processes
