Are you passionate about new technology and innovation? Do you want to help drive the evolution of our radio access networks? This is a chance to work on highly interesting and challenging technical topics within an international cross-border group of specialists and experts.

What you'll do:
  • Drive introduction of new SW functionalities, radio units and basebands in our Ericsson-based radio access networks.
  • SW feature selection, implementation and evaluation.
  • SW parameter design and optimization.
  • Hardware configuration design for base stations, including testing in lab.
  • Private networks and virtual private networks.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, sometimes in collaboration with our customers and partners.
What will help you thrive in this role:
  • Good competence in radio access network – 4G and 5G – including hands‑on skills with the base station software and hardware.
  • Overall understanding of the mobile network architecture, specifically for RAN but also including Core, HSS, IMS.
  • Tools such as Ericsson Network Manager (ENM), Polystar Kalix and Osix, Keysight NEMO or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of agile ways of working; SAFe experience is a merit.
  • Good English skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • M. Sc. Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
  • Experience with Ericsson's RAN products; knowledge of more than one vendor’s products is a merit.
