Talent Acquisition Partner Overview
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a strategic partner and sounding board for our leaders, ensuring we are hiring both the right skillset and culture fit. You are responsible for delivering recruitment for office and warehouse Tjänsts in the Nordics region (Sverige, Norge, Danmark, Finland). You will partner with hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi\'s best practices. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and the wider People & Culture function to strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organization.
Responsibilities
Hands-on recruitment by managing recruitment processes from start to end.
Engaging with both active & passive candidates to improve vacancy and long-term role pipelines/network.
Ensure a stellar candidate experience for all candidates, from application through onboarding, including proper communication of outcomes.
Maintain high quality of hires while achieving low time to hire and low cost per hire, ensuring a positive hiring manager experience and strengthening Voi\'s marketplace perception.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Lead hiring managers through the recruitment process and provide market insights and guidance on market conditions where appropriate.
Continuously educate and coach hiring managers and others participating in the recruitment process on Talent Acquisition and interviewing.
Contribute to creating and delivering hiring trainings and diversity/inclusion trainings.
Identify and evaluate relevant TA metrics.
Lead, drive or participate in projects and Voi initiatives to support local or global Talent Acquisition strategies.
Use a data-driven approach to recruitment by tracking and analysing information to make informed decisions.
Contribute to building a strong culture in a rapidly growing Företag.
Help set up and uphold a global and scalable People function by encouraging innovation and a development-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Several years of experience with end-to-end volume recruitment, preferably within warehouse or blue-collar roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with different search & sourcing techniques and ability to find talent beyond obvious places.
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
