I’m Victor Zetterström, Head of Talent Acquisition Nordics & Group Executive Search at Telia Företag. We’re now looking for a talented colleague to join our TA team for a one‑year maternity cover—someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, international environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to leaders across our markets.
If you’re energized by advising hiring managers, driving complex recruitment processes, and shaping talent decisions that matter, this is a great opportunity to make your mark in an international setting.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead recruitments from start to finish. You’ll act as an advisor to hiring managers, helping shape the future of Telia by identifying and attracting exceptional talent at leadership and specialist levels.
You’ll work across our countries and focus on commercial roles, collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues in Talent Acquisition. Every recruitment matters—and you’ll play a key role in building diverse, collaborative teams that drive Telia forward.
You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You have proven experience in talent acquisition—either in-house or at an agency—and you know how to manage complex recruitments with confidence.
You’re independent, proactive, and open to change. You enjoy working with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds, and you’re always ready to take on a new challenge.
