Finance Manager

Keystone Education Group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance operations and team for its Domestic business unit. The core finance team is located in Stockholm, but the role will also be responsible to oversee external accountants and the finance and tax reporting in Norway, Denmark and Finland. The right person is a good team leader with solid understanding of accounting practices and processes. Finance Manager Job Responsibilities: Financial oversight: Implements financial and accounting best practices and overseas critical accounting procedures on a day-to-day basis to ensure legal compliance with financial and tax reporting and regulations. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire. Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training and development, supervising and coaching. System Management: Maintains and revises accounting systems as needed. Financial analyses and reporting: Review financial reporting and recommend corrective action. Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Keystone Education Group in Targetik. Operational excellence: Streamline accounting operations to ensure efficiency. Engage in sector-specific professional development opportunities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the financial operations of the business and encourages and enables direct reports and other staff to do the same. Look for ways to optimize costs and processes without impairing the long-term financial health of the organization. Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners. Strategic Influence: Assists and supports business leadership to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission. Policy and Compliance: Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents. Executes revisions and updates to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate the expansion and scaling of the business and increase transparency and compliance. Collaborate with auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Be key point of contact for auditors and manage the audit process. Skills and Experience Qualifications and knowledge: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field is required Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and best practices within financial processes and reporting · Experience with accounting tools and ERP systems is essential, including excellent Fortnox skills Good knowledge of use of Microsoft Office, including excellent excel skills.
